The building underwent a major renovation that took several years to complete. Due to the size of the building and the extent of the work required, the renovation of the Pokoyhof Passage was not an easy task. The biggest challenge, however, was the inability to completely close the building for the renovation due to the presence of numerous tenants. The flexible approach of the tenants and the enormous amount of work put into planning the work properly made it possible to carry out even the most serious work in a way that only minimally disturbed the building’s occupants.
Work began in 2010 and has continued uninterrupted to this day. In just a few years, the building has completely changed its face. Along with the improvement of the technical condition, the atmosphere in the building has also changed. Along with the upgrading of the standard, new tenants have moved into the Passage, whose presence makes it a vibrant place, full of creative people and positive energy.
