FULL PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We know that running a major project can be hard.

Our role is to take the strain and organize project management from start to finish to optimize your time and your budget.
We liaise with planning advisors and structural engineers to put together a proposed layout which will be the best fit for the space given the existing building structure, planning requirements and is within your budget and submits plans for local authority approval where required. We have extensive experience in maximizing the use of space and arriving at optimal layouts, including designing the space in 3D to better visualize the project and let you refine the final details.

We manage project logistics and will coordinate all materials and fittings, all supplies, and building works on-site throughout the project.

We provide access to exclusive trade suppliers and transactions using our many years of experience. Sometimes the number of choices on a project can feel overwhelming. We will advise you of the right solutions. We co-ordinate all the trades necessary for the project including the electricians, plumbers, carpenters, stone suppliers, stonemason, tilers, glass and mirror producers, and glass installers, and more.

We work with building control locally to ensure works are fully certified.

Finally, as design experts, we will build a paint map with you and advise on the wallpaper, paint, fabrics, other finishes, and furniture and lighting, right up to arranging made to measure curtains & upholstery and soft furnishing if needed.

We will work together with you when choosing the soft furnishing and fittings. We will show you the mood board and samples.
